Description of work
The MEDOT required a structural concrete culvert invert lining and structural concrete fish weirs.
Cofferdams were installed upstream and downstream to maintain environmentally safe conditions while doing the work. Rebar mats were installs in preparation for the concrete invert and anchored with studs welded to the host pipe. Additional work included traffic control, guardrail removal and resetting, installation of plain and heavy rip-rap, and installation of stone ditch protection.
