Description of work
The Portland, Maine LaQuinta Inn & Suites had a serious flooding problem and hired us to install a one-million-gallon exterior water retention system using 1017’ of 96” perforated pipe and 581’ of 84” perforated pipe with an outlet control structure and new storm water catch basins. Additional work included: a new sewer main and the existing sewer lines relocated, a full rebuild of the parking lot, cast in place concrete piers, for the canopy, and new stamped concrete walkways.
